Everyone we dealt with were so helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Travel packs were very clear and thorough. Felt very confident and comfortable about all aspects and any queries were responded to quickly. Despite us not having firm plans in terms of dates and numbers they were so accommodating whilst we finalised everything. We would definitely use them again. Very clear and thorough. The whole team were fantastic and kept us updated even when we had a last minute change. Could do with a few more internal pictures but overall amazing.

The service by the team at Ski Safari is amazing. They really listen to what you want from your holiday and have such an excellent knowledge of the areas and resorts. It was our first time snowboarding as a family and the package provided was just perfect for us. The team offered great advice and were willing to help in any way they could, both before and during or holiday. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible, even changing our resort, accommodation, transfers, lift passes, rentals and lessons days before our trip, as our original destination didn’t have enough snow. We were so grateful and we had the most amazing time in Geilo.
