Excellent service from Ski Safari throughout - faultless! Having sent instructions about the ski holiday in Canada that I was looking for (decent accommodation in Banff and a bit of luxury in the city at the end), I received a detailed email back from Andy Knights outlining some options, including the suggestion of heading to Vancouver rather than Calgary for the city break. Having looked at the suggested flights, transfers, hotels, and lift pass options my first thoughts were that this guy has nailed it! The flight times were good, the suggested hotels in line with my instructions on quality and the prices as expected. Subsequent emails and telephone conversations in the run-up to the holiday were always informative and useful. When the travel pack arrived, I was pleased to see that everything had been thought through and made as easy as possible for us. The complimentary lip balm and maps were a nice touch. The email from Andy on the day of departure wishing us a good holiday and reminding us to get in touch if anything didn't go as planned, was reassuring and testament to the quality of service provided. The holiday itself was excellent and the welcome home bottle of fizz delivered to us on the day we got back was again a nice touch. I would not hesitate to use Ski Safari again and will be recommending it to friends and colleagues.

We literally had the trip of a lifetime - it was incredible. We felt we had brilliant value and such a high quality trip. I called Andy speculatively after my partner saw an ad in Escapism. From the outset it was clear he was extremely knowledgeable about the resorts and slopes Ski Safari features. He listened well to our needs and budget, being realistic about what could and couldn't do as we wanted to leave in a week - oh and it was 2 days before Xmas!! Gelio was a dream location for me, being a nervous skier the quiet & wide slopes really got my confidence back. Its crazy beautiful and there was also a ton of more difficult slopes for my partner. It was all super last minute and the team managed to get it booked in an amazingly short period! They managed irritating requests from me like sending the pack to a different address. Everyone was SO nice and polite, I felt there was a high level of integrity across the team. Victoria managed to get the pack to us so quickly and we knew what and where we needed to be when. I esp. liked the call-outs of what wasn’t included so there were no surprises (e.g. transfer to Bergen airport). Looking at the trip overall, there was enough care that it felt stress free (train tickets sent in advance e.g.) without feeling like we’d been babysat! It was a very good balance. I’ve been rec’d you to anyone who’ll listen - we were both so impressed :)
