Our holiday wasn't without its hiccups. At any time if we needed any help you were there. Nothing seemed too much trouble, it was brilliant to have that support behind you. Would have been better if hadn't needed it so much though, haha.

Above and beyond call of duty. So much effort was made to get us a much needed holiday in the limited time frame we had. I can't thank you enough.
