Excellent from the outset, James gave us good advice on the resort and accommodation, flights and booking extra legroom which was a great tip! We've booked with Ski Safari the last two years and I also want to mention how great Hannah is at answering any random question I may have! I would normally choose 9 however I don't feel I can fault Ski Safari at all it would be unfair not to rate as a 10 everyone I dealt with was excellent and the trip went very smoothly. Would definitely use again!

Extremely helpful every time I phoned or emailed, nothing was too much trouble, very professional. I would like to thank Andrea and Hannah for all their help in making it a stress-free holiday especially as this is the first time we have done anything like this as we usually do a package tour and book face to face.
