It would have been a 10 but the only slight issue was that we couldn't book any ski school sessions before the holiday. We travelled on the Monday, lessons booked by Ski Safari ran from Mon-Weds and Mon-Fri so unless we paid for missed days it wasn't an option. As a result ski school was very busy when we got to resort and the kids only had a couple of days in ski school. It didn't spoil a wond…

I have used Ski Safari 8 times over the last 15 years or so - always a great service, staff have personal knowledge of accommodation & ski areas & have always made suggestions that seem to make the experience just perfect - thank you.

All staff very helpful from initial enquiry about the holiday, throughout the booking process and during the holiday when changes needed to be made to return flight due to injury. The service was very personalised at all times.

I found Ski Safari to be an excellent firm with staff who seem like they really care about their customers. They had good knowledge of the resort and gave good advice. Each time I contacted Ski Safari they seemed to know who I was and this made the whole experience an enjoyable one. I did have to contact Ski Safari a few times because we decided on Trysil then there was no direct flight back on…

Utterly professional from start to finish. Iglu salesman unable/couldn't be bothered to write a coherent email. I phoned Expedia with a question and they were only interested in taking me to the booking stage. Ski Safari quote email is very well written and sealed it for me.
