Friendly, helpful and accommodating. I can be a bit picky but they dealt with my queries efficiently and in a timely manner.

Real sense of individual service. Pre- and post-booking very friendly and flexible customer service - quite happy to tweak things to my preferences, find optimal lesson times at short notice etc.

Wonderful holiday arranged by Ski Safari. Pre trip information was comprehensive and everything according to plan. Hotel was amazing and of a very high quality. Resort and skiing was excellent . Will definitely look to book with them again.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect but overall we were very satisfied with the service. Rupert was in contact regularly as was Jessica. Transfers all went very smoothly and it was lovely to have everything organised for us. Would recommend and use again.

No issues as normal. All documents were there and easy to change if needed as I did to upgrade skis.

I would recommend Ski Safari to anyone wishing to travel to any of their destinations. They are the best. Tailor made, always contactable, brilliant knowledge because they visit the resorts all the time and can give first hand recommendations and answer any questions. Also price competitive with other tour operator standard packages.
