I think Ski Safari are sometimes let down by the hotel - e.g. hotel not having the correct room for us on arrival. All efforts were made by Victoria and team to sort this out for us though, so thank you!

Very good. Good knowledge of resort, but most importantly you appeared to care that we had a good time and were efficient, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s, with good attention to detail. Unfortunately other travel agents do not usually have these high standards!

This was my second trip with Ski Safari, and once again everything was fantastic. Ski Safari couldn't do enough for us, and they remain my number one choice for winter holidays. Counting down to the next one!

Andy was very efficient and knew the resort and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. The flights, transfers, ski hire and ski pass plus accommodation was all booked through Ski Safari and was good value.

The only thing disappointing aspect of the holiday was the timing of the transfer to and from the resort and it would have been helpful to know this in advance.

We have booked our Canadian ski break since 2006 because of their excellent service which results in a seamless holiday with all the organisation completed before travel. There is also the comfort factor that if there are any problems during the stay, the agents are available to contact to resolve any difficulties. It is a reason why we always prefer to use agents as opposed to independent travell…
