I found the advice given by Kevin suited our requirements exactly. He had judged our snowboarding level accurately and advised suitable resorts. He found accommodation which suited our request for mainly self catering as well as our budget.

Brilliant service. Slightly mis sold on the level of activity available in April in ski resort.
Othersiwe fantastic organisation. Seemless transfer between hotels. Excellently chosen hotels. Informed hotels that is was our honeymoon which enabled hotels to provide personal service and free upgrades!

Just wanted the recommend Ski Safari as a company that truly puts the customer first. We had a great time in Sweden despite difficult weather conditions. When we got trapped in the Riksgransen resort Victoria manged to get us out, re-arrange flights and book extra an hotel night in Kiruna all on Mothering Sunday (at her mums) on her day off. Added to this, the company paid for all the extra expens…

We were very happy with the service both before and after booking. The information we received about the ski lessons allowed us to book the correct level for our son who really enjoyed them - this is very important to us. The ski pack sent out was full of detailed information.

Kept us very well informed. The holiday pack sent in advance provided all information needed on flights, transfers, train tickets and explanations about where to go and how to do it. Makes something potentially complicated into something very easy. Kat and Hannah were very good to deal with throughout the booking process.
