Fantastic service! We cannot praise you enough for all the preparation that went into our holiday making it stress free. It’s comforting to know trust we can call you with any issues and they are immediately rectified! Given that we were complete novices, Ski Safari thought of everything to make the holiday as stress-free as possible. We were particularly impressed with the planning and the fact that all our boots and skis were already prepared for us in the lockers. The mix up with the lessons was sorted immediately by Ski Safari when they realised that the hotel had changed the times and we were then given the head instructor for the week. We cannot thank you enough for making our holiday special and look forward to booking with you again!

Web site contains all relevant info, but you can’t beat speaking to a person. Andrea was excellent and having lived in Japan had some good insights when discussing our itinerary initially. Hannah and Amy handled the admin subsequently, again all very efficient and friendly.

Ski Safari provided us with an excellent family skiing holiday. We'd never been to Norway and the call with Andy was great to get a better impression of the options available. His hands-on knowledge of both location and what it means to ski en-familie was very insightful. Pre-trip information was useful and upon arrival at Myrkdalen the Ski Safari touch came into its own; Easy check-in; Ski hire pre-organised; lift passes all sorted at check-in. All in all a most enjoyable week away, which felt much longer and was so rewarding for all. We felt very welcomed by the Myrkdalen Hotel staff.
