Ski Safari have been great from start to finish. This was our first Family Ski Holiday and Ski Safari made it a success! They provided very useful advice and sound planning and were very patient with us. During the holiday they were in touch and helpful with delays. We missed our return flights due to snow and Ski Safari completely took the pain away and sorted new flights and accommodation, whilst keeping us updated throughout the day. This service was amazing and just what we needed. Travelling as a family of 5 with young children is stressful and a Ski Safari took that away! We will definitely be booking with them again and would highly recommend their service!

Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. We chopped and changed our requirements slightly during the original booking, but everything was done as we required and nothing seemed too much trouble. I had a small issue collecting ski equipment at one of the resorts (they didn't seem to be expecting me) but a quick phone call to Ski Safari ensured that this was cleared up immediately. Overall, excellent service.

As I have never been skiing before, I took the advice of a friend who recommended Ski Safari. From initial enquiry through to the last communication just before departure, all the team were helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We presented them with a long list of requirements to suit the varied needs of everyone in our party and weren’t disappointed. The accommodation was everything we asked for, and the skiing more than satisfied everyone’s ability levels. The whole process was painless, the kit hire on arrival, lift passes and lessons all went without a hitch. Everyone in our group had a great time and we’ll definitely consider returning to the same spot next year!
