Pan Pacific Mountainside Customer Reviews

We have stayed at the Pan-Pacific Mountainside for the last four years and cannot fault the place, the rooms are condos and have kitchen facilities and there is an apres ski every day where you can get a free drink and nibbles. It is above the Dubhlin Gate pub and well in the mix of things. There is loud music on an afternoon from the village (Longhorn Saloon) but it stops early so no one is disturbed late on. We love the vibe from a distance!!

We had a one bedroom condo on the top floor facing the road. In itself it was great, well serviced and provisioned and very well maintained. However, at around 0600 each morning we were woken by the buses and commercial vehicles. Didn't really bother us as early risers. However the slope-side rooms have the drawback of the noise from the bars - some with outside areas and loud speakers which we were told went on late into the day. The ski store area is really handy and the proximity to the lifts is fantastic. Gym on site is handy too.

Great location, couldn't be closer to the gondolas for both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountain. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We really liked the valet ski storage - a lovely treat. Also the children had cookies delivered each evening to our room which they thought was brilliant. A 2 bed mountain view suite, clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our family (5 of us, 3 generations). Everything you need to cater for yourself if you want to. Also a fire which was very welcome after a long day skiing and helped to dry our gear out each evening. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and the mountains. The only slight issue is that you felt a little overlooked by the people in the pool - a few floors higher may have been a bit better.
