Customer service excellent, everyone very friendly and helpful. Had fantastic views of Whistler and Blackcomb from our apartment. Good location, quiet as far enough away from the village centre to avoid the noise but only 10 minutes walk from the lifts - there was also a shuttle mini bus every 10 minutes from 8am to 4.30pm. Great space for family group travelling. Great facilities full kitchen and washing machine tumbler dryer in the two bed suite. At the edge of village but still a short walk to lift or you can use the courtesy bus which runs very regularly. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, near shops and lovely restaurants and not too far from the ski lifts. We used the free shuttle bus every day which was a fantastic service. The rooms were clean and a good size and the kitchen was equipped with all that we needed. We used the hotel pool every day, it was great to have a soak in the outside hot tubs after a day of skiing.
