Perfect for a ski trip. Well located. Excellent service. Plenty of space. Shame there was nowhere for b'fast.

Good location and efficient bus service to and from the lifts. Reasonable space for 3 people, and kitchen area had basic requirements. The cleaning was slightly sporadic - one day the bin wasn’t emptied, one day the dishwasher wasn’t put on.

Great location, staff really helpful. We had a one bedroom suite with mountain view. This was perfect for what we needed. Loved having the hot tubs and pools. Would have been great to have a boot drying facility. Good bar linked to hotel.

Our suite was comfortable with decent WiFi connection. Great staff and inroom facilities such as the washer dryer is essential for a long ski holiday. Being able to access channels such as Netflix and watch live football was a bonus.

Customer service excellent, everyone very friendly and helpful. Had fantastic views of Whistler and Blackcomb from our apartment. Good location, quiet as far enough away from the village centre to avoid the noise but only 10 minutes walk from the lifts - there was also a shuttle mini bus every 10 minutes from 8am to 4.30pm.
