The staff were very helpful particularly when we had some issue with noisy neighbours.

Central location within minutes of both gondolas. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are lovely. Downside is the size of the pool and single hot-tub which can be very busy at peak times.

This Hotel is ideally placed about 150m from the Whistler Gondola station, it is right on the village stroll so all the shops and restaurants are just a gentle stroll away. They have a ski valet service where your skis are tucked away warm and secure for the night. The hotel itself is very clean and well appointed. Highly recommend Crystal Lodge, Whistler. Easy access to main gondolas whilst being in the heart of the village. Staff in the property are extremely helpful and there is excellent storage facilities for ski gear.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and modern, perfect for a family of 4. The hot tub and pool were amazing, the ski valet quick, friendly and very efficient. Just back from a fantastic trip to Whistler with snow better than ever! We loved the Crystal Lodge... Really comfortable, convenient of course, great service and the deluxe studio was really spacious with enough facilities for breakfast and even a few suppers!

Very convenient, very helpful and friendly staff, great ski valet service,deluxe studio very spacious and well furnished with very large and comfortable beds. Small kitchen includes fridge microwave kettle and toaster with crockery cutlery and glasses sufficient for making a good breakfast and even an evening meal.

The Crystal Lodge is in a fantastic location, close to the slopes and near to restaurants and shops. The staff are incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble from restaurant reservations to recommendations on which activities to book.
