One of the best. I'd love to go back! Very comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Massive breakfasts. Good service all round. Virtually ski in and out..

The Sun Peaks Grand is great for ski in ski out. The refurbished areas look nice. The Elevation ski shop, attached to the hotel, is excellent and I was able to change my hired skis for some better suited to powder. The excellent spa was used a lot. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished Summit Club rooms with access to the lounge for breakfast and afternoon canapés. Food was excellent, and the …

The Grand is excellent if a bit more than we really need. Easy ski in/out. We didn’t use the facilities on offer really, apart from the bar occasionally.

Large room with tea/coffee making facilities. Really comfortable and beautifully decorated with a touch of luxury. Great location, ski in/ski out and close to shops.

Fantastic ski in ski out location. Good food, comfortable beds. Room cleaning was a bit haphazard, not done while we were out skiing. Good pool and hot tubs. We stayed on the 5th floor so enjoyed the summit room and food.

Room was spacious and contained everything one would expect. The staff were welcoming and very helpful dealing with issues that arose. The Summit Rroom was a bonus, the food provided was varied and nice, and the extras (such as free drinks from the fridges at anytime of the day) were very useful. Access to the room at anytime also meant it could be used in the evening with our purchases if wanted.

Refurbished rooms on the 5th floor with use of the Summit Lounge throughout the day. Breakfast and afternoon snacks included. Ski shop on the premises and ski storage next to the foyer - brilliant. Ski directly to the lift and (if you plan your route) ski directly back to the hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes maximum from any restaurant and the Mantles restaurant in the hotel is now very good indeed. …

The rooms have been newly decorated and had a good feel to them with ambient lighting. We have been to this hotel on several occasions and this year felt that the pool are especially inside could do with a bit of loving care it looked a bit tired and smelt a bit as if it needs a good clean (the tiles around the pool not the pool itself).
