Our studio rooms were excellent and we managed to get adjoining rooms with our friends, which was perfect. It was occasionally a bit noisy down the corridors but that was just because there were a lot of young trainee ski instructors there during our 10 days stay - but nothing that really spoilt our stay. Great hot tubs that we used a lot and was in a really central location and handy for everything from lifts to shops and restaurants.

Our property (Hearthstone Lodge) was a little tired but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a good shower. Our room provided all we needed other than an oven or grill. The kitchenette comprised of a hob and a microwave which severely limited our cooking options. I understand that there is limited space available but a combination microwave (microwave, grill, oven combo) would have fitted perfectly into the space provided, giving far more flexibility for guests. The staff were always friendly and helpful, a few small snags at the beginning of our stay were dealt with immediately. There was a lockable ski locker on site which was very handy. We were close to the lifts - excellent. The hotel provided free use of hundreds of DVDs which was wonderful. The hot tubs were small so were often full however they were very enjoyable when we did get to use them.
