Very nice resort with well looked after piste and lifts, good variety of runs. Ski village is nice with variety of bar/restaraunts.

Silver Star remains a favourite, small and friendly village feel but plenty of terrain and variety for all.

Great resort for all skiing abilities. Ski in ski out accommodation at the Snowbird Lodge. Small supermarket with reasonable amount of food choices. Enough restaurants to eat out for a few days.

Great place to ski for all levels and not at all busy. Ski in/ski out accommodation was a plus. It has an efficient lift system giving great access to all areas. Restaurants are ok, but nothing to rave about. Supermarket reasonably well stocked.

B says 5, R says 4 as skiing a bit limited- long roads to Backside blue runs and outlying runs. European skiers beware - piste signage very limited. Only improvement would be for Ski Hosts to be available pm as well as am, although they are out to give guidance in afternoon. Ok, but quite a small village and not all restaurants open every day or some week days so may be difficult to stay there for a whole week or more. Resort seemed more for locals or people in condos that could self cater or get to Vernon for supplies.

Amazing resort. Lovely quaint village, good variations of bars and restaurants. All easy access from hotel (no bus rides required). Fantastic skiing, easy access to the slopes and plenty of other activities to do as well.

We booked a self drive, multi resort holiday with Ski Safari where we flew into Vancouver, hired a car and then skied at Whistler, Silver Star, Revelstoke and the Banff ski resorts of Lake Louise and Sunshine.
