Iconic hotel with fantastic location on Lake Louise. Great for the last two days of our ski holiday in Canada for a quieter wind down. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which was really nice with a view over the lake. Food options in the hotel of great quality and generally pretty expensive but good as a treat for the two days we were there at the end of our holiday. The Afternoon tea in the h…

Simply amazing. We had a room with a lake and mountain view, stunning. Everything was, well, perfect. If only we'd been staying there longer. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of all the activities and facilities on offer. Lots of choices on where and what to eat. All the staff were amazing. Looking forward to our next visit, and a longer stay.

The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is a special place - great hotel to spend 2-3 nights to be able to enjoy the various facilities, bars and restaurants.

Great touch of glamour in the middle of the holiday, made our special birthday extra special with complimentary fizz! Made a real difference having the lake view rooms to appreciate the incredible view.

I'm not usually a fan of large hotels as I find them impersonal, the Fairmont Chatueau was absolutely the exception! The setting is magical, the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. Ski shuttle nice and regular only disappointment is the cost of parking.

Both Fairmont hotels were two of the best we have experienced. Our friends said they were good and they were in indeed better than we anticipated. Rooms at both resorts were just perfect. Hotel facilities, spa's, food, bars, restaurants and service were superb and atmosphere within the resort made the difference.

A wonderful stay, very accommodating and welcoming staff, great with the kids. Given free car parking and room upgrade to lake view. Made to feel very special. Great facilities, swimming pool, access to lake , tobogganing, walks, free guides included. Good free wifi. Restaurants served good well priced food.

Magnificent setting and half hourly transfers to the Lake Louise ski area, with a journey time of only 15 minutes are a major advantage. Transfers from Calgary can be a problem especially when using the BA flight as the last bus departs at 18:30.

You and the hotel handled all our changes excellently, which was a great relief and made everything very relaxing. The Fairmont is a very good hotel for a big party like us with different ages. Food is average to good, as long as you don't have any major expectations. The service on Gold Floor is really good. The service in other restaurants vary, everyone is very friendly, but some seasonal staff…
