The units in Palliser lodge are a older (and beiger!) but lots if comfortable space, very comfortable beds and well equipped full kitchen: we rather like it!
Truly ski in/ouy.

The accommodation at Kicking Horse was huge and we couldn’t have asked for better. The private hot tub was a huge bonus after a days skiing here. The only negative was trying to get a snowboard locker as the owners leave locks attached meaning that empty racks were unobtainable. We had a bit of a hiccup with our booking but both Ski Safari and the lodge manager were brilliant in sorting us out and changing rooms. Had a great view of the mountain and trees behind. 2 very comfortable queen rooms and 2 bathrooms with a comfortable living space, fireplace and plenty of space to self cater. Ski in and out really easily! And you can walk to the base and the general store easily…

Loved the balcony hot tub and views, nothing beats sitting in your own hot tub after a hard day's skiing with the snow coming down and a cold beer in your hand. Probably the best layout of kitchen of all our apartments but not the best equipped.
