Great place to ski and stay everything you could need or want.

Lake Louise ski area was our preferred location due to the length and variety of the ski runs. Sunshine was also very nice but just shaded by LL.

We have been to Banff before, a long time ago, so we were excited to be heading back. Banff did not disappoint; we had great days skiing at Sunshine and Lake Louise, enjoyed excursions in the local area, the shopping and hospitality in the town of Banff and of course the scenery of the amazing Alberta Rockies.

Gorgeous, lots of places to eat and drink and generally lots to do. Very friendly.

Very well organised resort with excellent transport links to the ski areas. Very good range of bars, shops and restaurants offering good value for money. Relatively quiet resort, but enough night life if you looked for it.

Loved the town. Small, but loads of choice of bars and restaurants. Lots of nice walks to do around the area too. The hotel had a ski stop right outside which was great, but the transport could be a little erratic and it took half hour to sunshine and about 45 mins to Lake Louise which was our favourite ski mountain.

Our holiday was spectacular and what a beautiful country ! The people were so friendly too. Banff is picturesque and great restaurants and shops! You must eat at Grizzly!

Loved both resorts for different reasons - loved the accessibility of Sunshine Village and ski/ ski out - 3 steps to list and for Lake Louise the long and more challenging terrain.

Banff felt very lively after Jasper. We enjoyed the town atmosphere and loved Sunshine. Runs are relatively short, I felt like we were on lifts a lot more than other places but still lots of fun to be had.
