This hotel is amazing in every way. The history, its location and stature, the service and services on offer, the quality of the rooms, restaurants and bars. We loved our stay. It’s were we’ll be staying next time we’re in Banff.

The Banff Springs has a different atmosphere and character from the Chateau Lake Louise, but the quality and service are just as good. We had an amazing stay and look forward to visiting again next season.

Both Fairmont hotels were two of the best we have experienced. Our friends said they were good and they were in indeed better than we anticipated. Rooms at both resorts were just perfect. Hotel facilities, spa's, food, bars, restaurants and service were superb and atmosphere within the resort made the difference.

Banff Springs. Was by far and away the best hotel we stayed at. Service was incredible and the place was beautiful, everything from check in to leaving was outstanding. Banff town was an added bonus. Shame everything including wi-fi is extra but that is the Canadian way I suppose! I would suggest to future customers to not use the Shuttle if they have transport as it can take up to an hour from th…

My family and I stayed here in February on a 10 day skiing trip. Absolutely fabulous - we have booked to return next February. The hotel is sheer opulence and the staff can't do enough for you! Absolutely recommended.

One of the finest resort hotels in the world. The hotel is vast with opulent architecture throughout. Facilities are superb and the service second-to-none. Rooms are spacious enough and extremely well fitted. Upgrading to a ‘view’ room is advised; the scenery is simply breathtaking. By far the best ‘ski-resort’ hotels we have visited – overall Banff Springs scores 10 out of 10.
