The Banff Inn was great for our needs, located right next to the shuttle to the mountains. Staff were very helpful.

Great value option with really good standard of room for 3 of us sharing. Location was convenient for Banff centre restaurants etc. Only negative was breakfast not being available onsite but Royal Canadian was only a couple of lots down and great options and service for this.

Very friendly and helpful staff, housekeeping excellent, facilities perfect.

Great to have a hot tub sauna and steam room. Receptionist(s) could not be more cheerful and helpful. It was really good of you to have the lift passes sent to the hotel - thank you, saves a lot of time and hassle.

Excellent room. The breakfast was fairly basic. The evening menu was not very interesting, but there are plenty of places to eat out in Banff, so that is not a problem. Overall an excellent hotel.
