The UK's Best Ski Tour Operator - Five Years in a Row
We're beyond delighted to announce that we've received the award for the UK's Best Ski Tour Operator for the fifth year in a row, having once again received the highest rating in the Ski Club of Great Britain's Consumer Research Survey.
The survey was completed by over 23,000 skiers and snowboarders across the UK - making it the largest survey of its kind. Thank you to all of our customers who took part and rated us so highly. We received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 83 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'. To receive a score over 80 for the third year in a row is a testament to the hard work of our team who strive to provide the best possible service for every customer.
Ski Safari Founder & Chairman Richard Rice says, "I am absolutely thrilled that we have won this award for the 5th year in a row. I'm very proud of our team for all of the work done to achieve this, it is a real credit to everyone here that our customers rate us and what we do so highly. I'd also like to say thank you very much to our customers for their loyalty and fantastic reviews. I can promise that we won't rest on our laurels, but keep working to continually improve the service that we offer."
Andy Knights, Andy Hemingway and Claire Jones were in London to collect the award from Chemmy Alcott at the Ski Club of Great Britain's Industry Awards party. Today, Richard and a handful of colleagues from the sales and operations teams celebrated the win in our Hove office (whilst the colleagues not in the above photo celebrated the start of the ski season in London at the Ski and Snowboard Show).
