Ski Safari Comes Top for the Fourth Time

Craig Profile

Last night, Richard and Matt travelled to the Ski Club of Great Britain's Industry Awards party in London where Ski Safari received the award for Top Tour Operator for the fourth year in a row.

Not the only reason to celebrate, our NPS score (which the awards are based on) rose once again to a staggering 87, seven points higher than in 2016. This means that the majority of our customers said that they would be 'extremely likely' to recommend us to friends or colleagues. The average NPS score for the travel industry is 45, and any score above 70 is considered "world class".

Ski Safari Managing Director Matt Pavitt says, "We’re delighted to have won this award for the fourth year running, with a fantastic NPS of 87, our highest ever score. It’s a real credit to the whole Ski Safari team and the work they do in looking after our customers. Thank you to everyone who took part in the survey and who rated us so highly, we look forward to giving you the same outstanding service this season and beyond."

Thank you for your continued support of Ski Safari, we really couldn't do it without you.

Congratulations also to our friends at Breckenridge who came top in the Best Resort category (followed by Sun Peaks, Banff, Park City and Whistler). Find out who topped the other categories on the Ski Club's website.

With many of our resorts already starting to open, we can't think of a better way to start the season!
