Ski Safari comes top with Ski Club of Great Britain!

Richard Rice

In the summer we asked our customers to take part in the Ski Club of Great Britain's Consumer Research survey. With nearly 15,000 people taking part, it was the largest survey of skiers ever undertaken in the UK.

Amongst other things, respondents were asked how happy they would be to recommend their tour operator - known as a ‘Net Promoter Score’, or NPS.

We were delighted to learn that Ski Safari received the highest rating of all the UK tour operators that were scored in the survey!

We received a NPS of 66. Any positive score is considered good and anything over 50 is excellent. There were 23 tour operators that were scored and the average was 19.9.

Many of the UK’s biggest companies use the NPS system to monitor customer satisfaction, including Apple and First Direct banking, who scored 69 and 62 respectively in 2012.

I am so proud of my team for achieving this fantastic result... and I’d like to thank all our customers who took part for rating us so highly.

And, of course, we’ll do our best to improve on our score for next time - watch out Apple!
