Along The Strip you can see a giant Egyptian pyramid, a medieval castle, the New York City skyline, the Eiffel Tower, Venetian canals and a Roman temple. All are covered in neon lights which means that at night it is even more spectacular.
Although you will certainly want to try your luck at one of the many casinos, there are shows to watch, theme parks to visit, water parks, pools and spas to splash in, not to mention hundreds of restaurants to try.
Las Vegas is also a good stopping off point between California and the Grand Canyon and National Parks of Arizona and Utah. The contrast between the man-made sights of Vegas and the natural splendour of The Grand Canyon could not be greater. We are able to organise day trips to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas.
