"Beaver Creek is an exclusive and luxurious ski resort - there are even escalators from the Village Square to the snow! It's also a groomer’s paradise - the ski runs get groomed twice a day."

Why Beaver Creek?

Beaver Creek offers the highest standard of ski-in ski-out accommodation  in Colorado. The resort is a fantastic ski holiday destination for families or couples looking for the best hotels and condos, superb service, perfectly groomed slopes, first class ski school and a child friendly village centre. If you're looking for a first class ski holiday or a totally relaxing break, then look no further!

The resort has a luxurious feel to it with its heated walkways, magic carpets and well-mannered staff. Good for all levels of skier, Beaver Creek has a great variety of gladed cruisers as well as more challenging blacks.

High speed quads whisk you up the mountain where you can enjoy cruising immaculate corduroy blue runs, many of which are groomed for a second time during the day. The children's ski school and creche are located in front of the Park Hyatt, and with a beginner area at the top of the lifts novices can get a mountain-top experience at an early stage. There is enough to challenge the experts among you too with the Bumps on Grouse Mountain, Birds of Prey, Royal Elk Glade and Stone Creek Chutes.

The lift ticket also covers the interconnected ski areas of Bachelor Gulch, home to the exclusive Ritz-Carlton hotel, and the Arrowhead Village area.

The small, pedestrianised resort centre is clustered around the ice rink and has shops, top class restaurants and a few bars. The terrace of the Beaver Creek Chophouse at the bottom of the lifts is a good place for apres-ski drinks and there a few bars in town, but for more serious nightlife you will have to go to Vail. The small town of Avon at the bottom of the hill has more affordable accommodation and is 10 minutes by shuttle from the slopes.
