Why Big White?
Big White – the clue is in the name. With an average of over 25ft of completely natural Okanagan snow, the third biggest ski area in British Columbia and Canada's largest totally ski in ski out ski village, Big White really is a first class winter holiday destination.
The trail map doesn't do the skiing justice - the area is much bigger, the runs longer and more varied. Its long rolling cruisers will have you whooping with joy and the steep descents of The Cliff quaking with fear. Beginners are very well catered for and Big White is a superb resort to pick up the fundamentals of the sport and quickly improve.
