The Riksgränsen Hotel offers good facilities and a range of accommodation from simply furnished "skiers" rooms to the more stylish "hotel" rooms.
This is the main hub in Riksgränsen. Two highlights are the excellent award-winning Lapplandia restaurant and spa with indoor pool. This overlooks the Vassijaure frozen lake with indoor and outdoor hot tubs to relax in after a day out on the slopes.
The slopes are a short walk away through a snow-covered tunnel and the rental shop is also in the hotel. When you come back in at the end of the day, relax by the fireplace or head to the bar for afterski. The underground bar has a stage, and Scandinavian bands frequently perform here - it gets pretty lively at weekends! This is a resort for the keen skiers and boarders only, and the atmosphere in the hotel is electric.
