The Rusutsu Resort Hotel is a huge resort-like property with over 300 rooms and the facilities to match.

With a ski-in ski-out position on the West Mountain with the East Gondola providing easy access over to East Mountain, this is the perfect location for exploring the skiing in Rusutsu. Hotel facilities include a number of dining options, a shopping mall and pool.

Very good. This is a very unusual place trying to be a bit like the big hotels in Las Vegas. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the ski instructors. The Onsen is fantastic.

The Rusutsu Resort Hotel complex was a strange place, almost a Japanese version of Center Parks crossed with a bit of Disney. Interesting for 2-3 days, but was quite surreal for a longer stay. Plenty of food options - all of consistently good quality.

Breakfast was fabulous but night time dining options were very limited and pricy with mainly full buffets offered. Good sized rooms with good onsen and ski hire on site.
