Having booked this trip independently for many years myself I thought I would give Ski Safari a go to take the stress out, and that you certainly did. Initially we didn't know what we wanted, the advice received from Rupert was good and we know now, that we will go again for longer in 2019. Overall resort information was accurate, price was very good, let down by easily avoided transfer issues.

This was our first visit to Japan so we needed advice and recommendations. Everything was as we would have chosen ourselves which demonstrates that your team listened and understood what we wanted.

Excellent holiday. We had one problem and we had to ring the UK on the emergency number at 8pm UK time on a Saturday night! The call was answered and our problem was dealt with, so we were impressed that not only do Ski Safari organise your holiday brilliantly, they are still there to help should things go wrong while you are away.

Excellent, I doubt I would use another company, never had a problem, Rupert is always extremely helpful in getting prices, finding the best flights etc. A pleasure to deal with.
