I would book again, no problem. Some lessons to be learnt from this trip but sure it will be better next time.

Excellent service. For a first family ski holiday it was important to us to have everything booked and organised so we didn't need to think about it.

I spoke to Andy H a couple of times before choosing to go with Ski Safari, and was impressed by his level of knowledge of the resorts I was considering. He was able to recommend the perfect accommodation for our family of 5 ( a self-catering cabin, quiet but really near the slopes) and the resort was just the right size for our mixed ability level of skiing. Overall no major issues. I've put average for value for money, simply because going skiing during the school holidays feels soooo expensive. I appreciate that this is due to demand, but it still means it is hard to rate any school holiday skiing trip, as good or excellent value for money.

Just a fantastic company, that cannot do enough to help its customers - it's a shame all other companies don't operate like Ski Safari! No question is too much for the extremely helpful staff - with instant responses to any questions (even whilst on the holiday). The service provided takes away all of the hassles of travelling with a family, but it still feels like you are travelling independently…

From start to finish, the quality of service, and personal attention to detail has been outstanding. I wondered if the initial great service was just to get a sale (sorry - I'm cynical!), but it didn't stop! I can not recommend you guys highly enough (and have to many others already!). You are efficient, effective and personal in your service. If only did more than just ski holidays!!
