Rupert was very helpful dealing with our complaint regarding The Listel, and responsive when we had flight problems due to weather.

Never a problem, never a worry and friendly professional service. If you are spending a lot of money each year on a holiday and snow holidays mean a lot to you, this is what you want. Keep doing what you do and we'll keep booking! No reason to look elsewhere for the countries you arrange holidays in.

Very thorough, catered for exactly what we wanted, listened to our needs of our trip, very prompt with quotes and bookings, good communication.

It felt like a really personal service and very responsive. We sent out a few emails to other companies and Ski Safari were the only one that followed up proactively and provided holiday ideas to us.

It's really helpful to be able to talk to someone who's actually been to the resorts and can answer questions on the specifics such as ski lockers.

Andrea dealt with our booking this year and was very helpful. Slight hiccup with the rail pass but it was sorted out immediately. It is great to be able to say where we would like to go and when and know we can leave it up to you to sort it all out. Excellent.

We would not have considered Winter Park until suggested by James and it was an ideal American destination for just a week. Would certainly return. As always the Ski Safari machine makes sure all aspects of the holiday are efficiently co-ordinated, leaving us to enjoy our time in the snow. Thank you, James.
