Extensive back and forth amending our quote until we were completely satisfied. Should have been pre warned about the actual cost of food and drink in Norway as had a huge cost impact to us!

Again excellent service from the team assisting with the original holiday booking and the ski extras we wanted afterwards. The only glitch we had was when we were checking in at Vancouver to come home and they wanted $260 from us as they had a note from Ski Safari saying they hadn’t charged enough for the air tickets! After challenging this with Air Canada they accepted this wasn’t our problem and…

Excellent service again by Andrea Selig and latterly by Jade-Marie. Andrea was willing to investigate multiple combinations of dates, party size and accommodation and nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful in answering question about the resort and facilities.

Overall v good, quick and efficient and the details needed for our trip (in terms of vouchers etc) were well thought out. We had a great time and would definitely look to book with Ski Safari again.
