I do not normally complete questionnaires of this nature. However, the customer service we received from Luke, Jade and other members of the team was exceptional and I really feel they deserve some recognition, especially Jade for her patience and understanding and advice.

We weren’t the easiest group to book for, with many different requirements and changes of plan. Our agent [Kat] dealt with everything in a professional manner. The booking was managed very well.

It would have been a 10 but the only slight issue was that we couldn't book any ski school sessions before the holiday. We travelled on the Monday, lessons booked by Ski Safari ran from Mon-Weds and Mon-Fri so unless we paid for missed days it wasn't an option. As a result ski school was very busy when we got to resort and the kids only had a couple of days in ski school. It didn't spoil a wond…
