Canada Ski Holidays

Huge diversity, incredible scenery and fantastically friendly people - discover some of the world’s best ski resorts on a Canada ski holiday.

Jaw-dropping scenery, welcoming locals and superb snow records are qualities you’ll find throughout Canada’s ski areas. But one thing we love most about this country is the diversity - from world-famous ski areas like Whistler and Banff to powder meccas like Revelstoke, and family favourites like Sun Peaks and Big White, the variety here is incredible.

If it’s your first time skiing in Canada, expect quieter slopes and better value accommodation than you’re used to in Europe. Many resorts are close enough that you can visit several on the same holiday - a feature that first inspired our multi-resort ski safaris back in 1996.

For rugged beauty and backcountry adventures, the Coast Range and Rocky Mountains in British Columbia (BC) and Alberta are best. Most of Canada’s resorts are found here in the west, along with two of the world’s most scenic drives: the Sea to Sky Highway and the Icefields Parkway. Over on the east coast, the pretty Laurentian Mountains create a perfect playground for easier ski days, while Quebec’s French-Canadian culture adds huge appeal, with its delicious cuisine and rich arts scene.

"Canada has it all, from polished players like Whistler to locals’ hangouts like Red Mountain. Pioneers began seeking out the best slopes in the 1960s and, since then, Canadians have channelled their energy into creating truly outstanding ski resorts."
