Voted Japan's Best Ski Boutique Hotel in 2025 by the World Ski Awards for the eighth year running, Ki Niseko offers a modern and sophisticated stay in a prime location of the first lifts and gondola. The contemporary Japanese design is by renowned Hokkaido architect Koichi Ishiguro.
The handy in-house ski valet ensures an easy transition to the slopes from the second-floor entrance onto the snow.
All rooms include complimentary WiFi, smart TV, luxury bathroom amenities, and a jinbei (Japanese robe). The standard hotel rooms include a daily buffet breakfast at the main restaurant, which must be added as a supplement for condos.
Guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor onsen, and there is a private bath available on reservation, a lovely option for families or couples who want to experience a Japanese onsen together.
