Wonderful skiing, beautifully groomed pistes and the lessons we had at the ski school were fantastic! Voss town itself is a bit on the quiet side.

We liked Voss and the Scandic Hotel. The hotel is integrated into same complex as the train station, bus and gondola station. Going anywhere was on your doorstep. You exit the hotel from the ski locker into the gondola station. Low lift queues though it is much busier at the weekends as many skiers come up from Bergen for the day. Still nothing like Alpine lift queues though. The town was quiet in…

Voss was spectacular, beautiful scenery, lovely snow at Easter, lovely staff in the resort. The ski school was amazing, both of our children (one fearless, one terrified!) absolutely loved skiing, loved learning and were really sad to finish up! We're definitely going back.

Great holiday. Voss is a lovely town and the ski resort compact and very nice. A great holiday that would be suitable for couples or families. family-based holiday.

Small, extremely friendly. It was a great experience visiting Voss for the first time. the hotel (Scandic) is right next to the rail platform and the ski gondola - get off the train, pop into the hotel , get changed and hop on to the gondola - easy peasy ! excellent staff at every interaction - hotel / town / on the slopes. everyone speaks excellent English - which makes interaction really easy as…

Voss is a small city, but it has a big ski heart! The ski centre is served by a huge gondola which speeds you up the hill. The ski shop is efficient and has supplies for all levels of skier. The slopes are generously wide and the range of challenge will suit most skiers

This place is more than special. It has a great deal going for oldies like us, the snow is perfect, the old fashioned T bars and chairs just the job, and it’s EMPTY. We think we will come back in March for a few days.

Great resort, not busy at all and has lots of great long green and blue runs/slopes which was great for us, but there are reds and black runs for people who want a more challenging ski.
