Voss is a charming, well-organized resort that’s perfect for beginners. The setup is incredibly convenient, with ski lockers and rentals located right by the gondola – so you can get on the slopes with minimal hassle. The ski school is based right there too, making it easy for families and newcomers to get started.
The resort offers a good variety of runs and is well-served by a mix of chairlifts…

The skiing at Voss was fabulous with long blues and greens. Our favourite run took about 20 minutes from top to bottom. The rental equipment felt high quality and the service was very friendly. As a town, this is more than just a ski resort with tourist accommodation so has a slightly less charming feel than some of the smaller resorts, but has more amenities to compensate.

We had a great time in Voss with great skiing for beginners and intermediates, the slopes were perfect for really focusing on improving your technic. the resort itself was very quite so if Après ski is one of the main points I wouldn't put Voss at the top of the list however if you are wanting to improve your skiing ability then well worth a look.

Perfect resort for beginners like our 16 yo daughter was. Also everything is so well set up in terms of the train station, gondola etc.

We skied first week in April and the snow was fantastic. Good selection of runs for our skiers (intermediate) and snowboarders (beginners). Lifts not too crowded and everything just worked. Couldn’t have been better 😊

A lovely small resort. Superbly groomed and some great runs. Really good resort for families. Ski school was brilliant. Could just do with more chairlifts.
