An excellent customer needs-based service. Everything you would want from a Travel Agent. It is reminiscent of the good ol' days of having a named agent at the beck and call for every whim of the customer, rather than the distant faceless 'service' of the monopoly of the other huge travel agents. I would choose Ski Safari every time.

Service was good as usual. Shame we hit Presidents Week in Big White as we were flexible on dates and it was a bit busy in Sun Peaks due to a downhill event. One week later might have missed this but only being picky. Not sure it affected accommodation price?

Excellent, from advice through to keeping in communication up to departure. All questions answered without feeling like I am being a bother. The service received from Ski Safari was great again. As usual James organised a fantastic trip for us. His expertise and advice are invaluable when deciding where to ski. His recommendation to use the Hotel Georgia in Vancouver was spot on, it is in a great location and provide first class service and accommodation.
