It's really helpful to be able to talk to someone who's actually been to the resorts and can answer questions on the specifics such as ski lockers.

Andrea dealt with our booking this year and was very helpful. Slight hiccup with the rail pass but it was sorted out immediately. It is great to be able to say where we would like to go and when and know we can leave it up to you to sort it all out. Excellent.

We would not have considered Winter Park until suggested by James and it was an ideal American destination for just a week. Would certainly return. As always the Ski Safari machine makes sure all aspects of the holiday are efficiently co-ordinated, leaving us to enjoy our time in the snow. Thank you, James.

Initially we didn't know what we wanted, the advice received from Rupert was good and we know now, that we will go again for longer in 2019. Overall resort information was accurate, price was very good, let down by easily avoided transfer issues.
