Accommodation was very tired but was warm and roomy

Comfortable accommodation with lots of space in family suite for 4 of us. Slightly dated interiors but clean and well serviced, helpful staff and generous breakfast. Short walk into town and a good base to explore the area.

Well maintained, clean and functional rooms. Amazingly helpful and polite staff and a great location on Banff Avenue. A great place to stay.

Pleasant building with decent bar & restaurant. Staff were welcoming & very helpful. Nice large suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and reasonable sized living area, which was fantastic value for a family of four (2 large teenagers)! compared to the French apartments we are used to. Lovely spa & sauna area for warming up & easing out the muscles after skiing. The hotel also had underground parking,…

Lovely friendly hotel. Bedrooms very clean but tired and scratched furniture. Beds very comfortable but rooms very hot despite opening windows but then it was noisy as the window was beside a loud fan. Chili's restaurant served great food. The breakfast was good but after 9 mornings, it became a bit boring. Could mix it up a bit. Really enjoyed staying there and would recommend if you want the bas…

Rooms are very small. There is no ski room, just some lockers in the garage. Chili's restaurant - some of the staff a bit rude.
Breakfast got a bit boring. Enjoyed the hot pool after a long day on the slopes.
