Why Solitude?

Solitude is one of the prettiest ski resorts in North America and whilst not huge, it is a haven away from the crowds to enjoy the scenery, lazy groomers, yet amazing powder skiing.

Having such a small resort center it tends to be one of the quietest resorts in Utah where you can enjoy the uncrowded groomers, small lift queues and untracked powder lines throughout the day in the legendary Honeycomb Canyon.

The little resort village offers a great base for customers that like to get away from it all, with some very nice condos all within easy walk to the slopes. It is certainly quiet with only a couple of restaurants and a small shops, so if you do plan to stay longer its a good idea to have a car. Alternatively, is very easy to combine with a stay at its sister resort Deer Valley or any of the other Utah destinations.

Solitude can also be easily reached from Park City by shuttle bus as it makes the perfect day trip option. These shuttle/pass packages can be booked locally from your hotel.
