Snowboarder and skier
To date it has to be the Yellowstone Ski Safari; where else can you be dwarfed by the spectacular Lone Peak, have a drink with a real cowboy, ride amongst elks in their refuge and step outside your comfort zone on one of the world's 12 most amazing ski lifts and come up smiling all in the space of 10 days?!
Skiing with my son for the first time in Laax when he was four years old. 'Mini shred' made it all the way down the blue to Falera without stopping, and loved it, hurrah! Closely followed by heli-skiing in the Arctic, 11 drops on one of the most perfect bluebird days ever was quite literally breathtaking.
5 ski seasons: La Plagne, Les Deux Alpes, Kitzbuhel, Serre Chevalier, Courchevel, and all the UK organisation in between before joining the Ski Safari team in 2008.
Flumet in France, Hakuba, Shiga Kogen, Nozawa Onsen and Myoko in Japan and Laax in Switzerland.
I have my eye on cat-skiing - it's been a while since I've done it and there are so many options out there...
I used to be in a showgirl troupe and debuted on stage in 2012. Never again! But I still love dance - one of my favourite ways to be fit for the mountains.
The Arctic Circle Ski Safari. Adding any of the backcountry options on to your holiday here will make the trip unforgettable, whether it's hiring a local guide, splitboarding or heli-skiing. If you can only do one, definitely the heli-skiing!
