I've not been on one yet but I'd have to pick the Freeride the Fjords Ski Safari. It’s too easy to forget that Norway is home to some seriously good backcountry skiing and immense scenery. Combining that with the Flåm Railway is a great way to enjoy Norway.

If the weather is poor, don’t be put off! Head into the wooded areas, better visibility and great fun in the trees! Some of my best moments happen then. Also - boots before skis!
