Alaska Ski Safari
Whether you fly into Vancouver for Whistler, Los Angeles for Mammoth or Seattle for Oregon's Mt Hood, you'll enjoy your first night in one of North America's most vibrant cities.
Days 2 - 6
All three resorts offer a huge amount of variety to suit all levels, perfect for preparing for Alaska's steeps. Each destination is quite different but most importantly, they all receive an abundance of powder. In Whistler, we recommend spending a day with Extremely Canadian guides, who can show you the quickest way to access the best terrain. In Mammoth, the alpine is mind-blowing - huge terrain with mammoth powder and carving turns awaits. At Mt Hood, you have three resorts to enjoy - rolling terrain at Mt Hood Meadows, long blue runs at Timberline and North America's most extensive and steep night skiing at Mt Hood Ski Bowl.
Flying to Anchorage to start your Alaskan experience couldn't be easier with one stop flights from Vancouver and direct flights from both Seattle and Los Angeles. We recommend arriving in Anchorage at night. It is a short 60 minute transfer to the resort and if you're lucky you may get to see the Northern Lights along the way.
