"Great selection of easy/intermediate skiing, not much of a challenge for better intermediates. A lot of the single and double Black Diamond runs are actually mogul runs. Excellent snowmaking facilities but not always a huge amount of natural snow. Apart from Chondola lift system mostly old and fairly slow chairs but, joy of joys, no queues anywhere except on a Saturday."

"This is a great resort for those who want something different from the Alps. The staff are so friendly and the place was empty as it was not a USA holiday week, but was our half term. My daughter had a full day snowboarding tuition 1 on 1, including lunch, for £60! Try getting that in France.... We will be back next year for sure."

"An easy journey to the resort due to the shorter flight & simple if long'ish drive. The resort was well organised and all the staff we met were friendly & helpful. Good begineer and intermediate ski-ing on very well groomed slopes but a lot of the black runs were closed, presumably due to thinning late season cover. Can recommend Roosters Roadhouse (highly), The Sunday River Brewing Company (very good), BBQ Bob's Real Pit BBQ (different but worth it!!!) & the Crossroads Diner (breakfast in a real small town diner) as good places to eat. A couple of nights in Boston rounded it off nicely."
