"Hotel has a comfortable homely feel and is decorated in traditional New England style with some great paintings. Rooms are comfortable and a reasonable size, the outdoor pool is fantastic, as warm as a bath. The jacuzzi is large and very hot and the gym is well equiped for those with any energy left. Afternoon tea and cake a welcome treat after a day on the slopes, staff were very friendly and helpful on all issues. We would definitely stay again if we go back to Stowe. "

The staff were friendly, there was apple cider in the evenings and the rooms were so warm that you would never have known it was snowing outside. Although a hotel, it has a homely feel and cosy atmosphere. We would certainly recommend The Green Mountain Inn. "
