"The hotel was everything I expected, the rooms clean and well cared for, the food plentiful and well cooked and the bar very handy with a good selection of food there as well. The bus routes past the hotel either stopped at the front door or are only 200m away across the car park, depending where you wanted to go. The buses run frequently, generally every 20min but some every 30min, and because of this I didn't have to use the taxi passport. The bus to Park City ski area takes about 10mins, about 15mins to The Canyons and 20mins to Deer Valley."

"Peaks Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good, substantial with quick friendly service. Housekeeping was first class, friendly front desk staff and bus serrvice was reliable and nearly always on time. Hot tubs in & outside well looked after with a good pool to lounge in. Never used the restaurant in the evening, always went to Main St but always had a changing menu. We had very warm weather for 9 continuous days, best to go early and ski until 2pm; lunch then a couple of long runs before snow became porridge. Very icy first thing - need those edges! Loved Alta & Snowbird and the back basins, steep & deep! Only complaint - no red wine at the mountain restaurants. "

"Although this hotel is not right in the town it is actually better located for the 3 local ski areas than some of the resort accommodation because the complimentary buses stop right outside the front door so there is absolutely no walking involved. These buses also operate at night so you can go to all the bars and restaurants as necessary. The hotel is clean and tidy with a great outside pool and hot tub as well as indoor ones. The breakfast was more than satisfactory and free cookies in the afternoon are delicious. In a standard room be careful about where the room is located as a room with an ajoining door next to the ice machine on lower floors were really quite noisy. If you can afford to, then upgrade to a suite which are lovely and spacious with great views and a jacuzzi. Great place to stay with all the fab skiing available so readily. "

"Our third stay at this hotel in 4 years. To be fair we didn't really notice the 'refurbishment', as each time the hotel has been kept clean, tidy & very comfortable. The hotel remains in the same ownership & the staff are friendly & helpful. The hot buffet breakfast provides all you need before a great day's ski-ing, & they will happily cook up something different if asked. Free hot drinks & cookies are brought to your room each evening, before catching the shuttle bus into town(bus stop right outside the hotel) for a lively evening. Excellent value for money & a great place to stay. Thoroughly recommended. "
