"We had a fabulous time. People joined our group last minute and didn't go through you. 1) They were in more expensive hotels with worse locations/breakfasts; 2) They didn't have train tickets so we missed the first train, arriving an hour later, having an extra stop, etc. You guys made our trip much more enjoyable!
Really, Caroline was very persistent. And soooooo helpful searching all sorts of things for me."

"Zermatt is very attractive with lots of old chalet type buildings together with attractive new structures. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and the food is delicious. The skiing is quite varied with some very long runs and a huge variety of lifts - we enjoyed it very much and would definitely return."
