Why Verbier?

Verbier is found in the Valais canton of Switzerland, a mere 2.5 hour transfer from Geneva Airport. It has established itself as one of the most popular destinations in the Swiss Alps. The village comprises a beautiful array of chalet-style buildings in a sunny bowl, and everything is conveniently within walking distance.

The skiing is varied and has runs to suit all standards, but is best suited to intermediates and experts. The steep gradient and easily accessible off-piste has promoted Verbier as a free-riding destination for skiers worldwide.

The village’s vibrant nightlife is legendary, and the Place Centrale is packed with bars, restaurants and clubs, leaving no shortage of evening entertainment. If extravagance if your thing, head to the Coco Club where you can purchase a champagne cocktail for a cool CHF10,000!

If you are in Verbier in mid-March, you can catch the most famous Verbier event, the Nissan Xtreme Verbier by Swatch, the final of a season of competitions all over the world to crown the top ski and snowboard freeriders.
