Ski at 2 (or 3) world class resorts and travel in style between the resorts on the iconic Glacier Express.  The Glacier Express connects Zermatt with 3 resorts in Graubünden - Klosters, Davos and St Moritz. The journey takes 7 hours 30 minutes and is a real highlight of the holiday - the scenery is beautiful, lunch is a long, relaxed affair served to your table over 3 hours in the panoramic carriage and ending with an impressive display of schnapps pouring.

The majority of hotels in Zermatt have a minimum nights stay requirement of at least 7 nights. The duration of your stay in Davos, Klosters or St Moritz is flexible.

Here’s our suggested itinerary (perfect for a honeymoon or a luxury skiing holiday with a difference):

  • Fly to Zurich and travel by rail, 1st class, to Zermatt
  • Ski and Spa for 7 nights at the 4*+ Hotel Matterhorn Focus
  • Take the morning Glacier Express, 1st Class, with lunch served to your table and arrive in Klosters early evening
  • Ski and Fine Dine for 3 nights at the 4* Hotel Alpina in Klosters
  • Return by rail, 1st Class, to Zurich airport and fly back to the UK
